Slow Burn Movie

Ford Cole (Ray Liotta) is a district attorney whose run for Mayor is sidelined when his assistant and sultry lover, Nora Timmer (Jolene Blalock), kills a record-store employee (Mekhi Phifer), explaining it as a necessary act of self-defense. The situation gets aggravated when a mysterious stranger, Luther Pinks (James Todd Smith), shows up at the police office to contradict Nora's version of events. Now, not only Ford's career is at stake, his life may be also seriously jeopardized. He has merely few hours to unravel a tangle of deceit, betrayal, political corruption and crimes.
