In this movie where the mysticism and visual aesthetics interlaced, a small Pennsylvania village is surrounded by the primeval forests where the mysterious powers dwell. Everybody in the settling fears of the every night's darkness and nobody dares to walk deep into the shade of the foreboding forest. Only one man, Lucius Hunt, desires to cross the boundaries of the unknown. At the same time the village community is stunned by the series of the inner shocking events and Noah Percy, a young and wise blind woman has to leave the safe village boundaries to seek for help from afar.
